Marilyn Luongo conceptualized Maveric Lifestyle Lodges S.A. after the death of her beloved father who had a stroke at the age of 87 and died 4 yrs later in his own bed. It was then that Marilyn started her crusade to provide a REAL service for REAL people when they retire and old age catches up with them. Her vision is not to sell a house to a retired person. But rather, the offer of an investment in a better quality of life in their twilight years, surrounded by special personal possessions and the animals that they love, and when the time comes to pass on, to do so with dignity and self worth. Marilyn herself has survived a heart attack and a stroke and since then she has had an interest in improving the quality of life of elderly people by means of alternative healing.

Meet the team
Marilyn has put together a
team of people to help realize her dreams for the maveric residents as
this is a mammoth task to run and service. She has very carefully selected
the right people with the necessary expertise in all the fields from
construction to management.
Mr Paul Joudal will be the C.E.O he is an Austrian living in South Africa
for the past 40 years and has done extensive traveling in southern Africa
and lost his wife a few years ago a result of a brain tumor after nursing
her for 10 years. He has the understanding of how people who suffer these
debilitating diseases feel and with this knowledge will work towards making
the facilities and services in the maveric lodges his main concern.
Ian Clark is a professional engineer with 40 years of experience and will be
ensuring that your new home for life is of a high quality.
Derek Allen is our web designer and will be working with our appointed accountant.
We have appointed Samantha Curling as our managing director are currently who is a very
caring person to take up this very delicate and important position.
Maryke our Estate agent Stone House Realty has been carefully selected and
understands the need of our residents and will deal with each one on a one
on one basis to ensure the transition to your home for life will be done
with as little pain as possible.
Willie-Brown van der Walt our attorney and conveyancer has appointed Marion
to deal with all the legal matters and will help where ever we can to make
this a simple process for you.
Zygote property Managers have years of experience in the management of
complexes and have spent many months putting all the aspects in to place to
make your new home for life a simple and uncomplicated as possible.
