Old Mutual will be paying over the interest portion of the investment made by Maveric Lifestyle Lodges into a Trust Bank Account in the name of the Lifestyle Lodge. These monies will be managed by Zygote Properties and used to fund the expenses for the complex and uphold the requirements as set out by the developers. These trust funds will be audited by registered auditors annually and this report will be made available to all the investors.
We can also provide the services of a Lifestyle Estate Manager to be employed at the request of the developers should they need the services. This person will be used to manage all the onsite functions such as:
• Repairs, maintenance and refurbishments of all common areas
• Building alterations to common areas
• Liaison with security contractors
• Liaison with garden services contractors
• Liaison with nursing staff and community centre management
• Confidential handling of complaints
