Marilyn Luongo, finally found her guardian angel by securing major local investors in her dream project… to create a haven for those in need… Maveric's Ground Breaking Ceremony will start building process on the first 0ver 45"s lifestyle lodge - Maveric Dainfern, in the heart of Sandton Fourways, Gauteng. A multi-million Rand 150-Unit retirement complex should be finished 18 months later at an estimated cost R142 million. It will be the first of six such complexes countrywide. Clr Thandi Baartman of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality at official launch 15 Sept 2005 said "This is a wonderful project that will service our community and definitely gets my vote and personal stamp of approval."

Groundbreaking ceremony will be dedicated to our very first prospective international investor, Mr Andrei Tarkovski, who, sadly passed away two weeks after he joined us.

When asked why he decided to support Maveric, his first international investment in 20 years, he had this to say: "I am from Siberia and the town is called Bratsk. In winter its very cold. The summers are very nice and warm though. "The reason I decided to make Maveric Retirement Lodges my first foreign Investment in over 20 years was because the strong cause that Ms Luongo has put into her project. I am getting on a bit now myself so there's also the option of where I would like to be in a few years time.

Meet the MAVERIC UK Team

Meet Jessiah O’Donnell, a young go-getter, dedicated and passionate about this, his latest venture. He is currently Maveric’s UK consultant and will open and run Maveric UK from offices situated in Hamilton Square, Merseyside. Maveric UK opens their doors in 2008. Born and bred in the UK, Jussi (as he is known) was employed as the PA for the Russian investor, Mr Andrei Tartovki’s for three years, and well-versed in all matter pertaining to investment matters. Jussi’s other love (besides his young family) is the business of show business, in particular magical movies, and will be producing and directing his very own movie within months.
